Proefnotitie

Indrukwekkende, complexe witte wijn met een open geur van gekonfijte citroen, grapefruit, kamille en toast. De smaak is vol en genereus met een levendige frisheid en lichte botertoets. Lange, kristalzuivere finale met grapefruitbitters.

Drinken bij

Krachtige en tegelijk verfijnde droge witte om te drinken bij smaakvolle gerechten. Heel fraai bij gebakken witvis met boter, tagliatelle met zeevruchten of jonge witschimmelkaas.
